Susan Bremer knows what its like to be ashamed of her body and feelings. As a laser technician for twelve years, she tried to punish herself into the "perfect" shape and completely repressed her inherent physical desires. But her ten years as an exotic dancer in gentlemen's clubs facilitated and expedited her journey to gaining permission to accept her inherent desire for sensual pleasure and begin a holistic approach to healing her shame guilt and self-loathing. Susan embraced conventional education; reading, workshops and talk therapy, as well as eastern philosophies of acupuncture, yoga, and a gentle approach to life through meditation and Buddhism.
