A Message From Susan

All women are sexy and beautiful. And all women are real women.

Myself, Susan Bremer, and the ten real women who volunteered to be in this DVD are real women. Some of us are older and some of us are larger. We range in age from twenty-five to fifty-something and we're all exploring and learning about our own beauty through doing something empowering and fun for ourselves. We've taken off the choking reins of having to look and be a certain way to put ourselves into the world as beautiful sexy women.

I mentioned to someone recently that I had a striptease DVD and she said, “Oh, exercise,. Sure, that's great." The push to market striptease as exercise undermines the liberation and fulfillment that women can experience by embracing the playful erotic aspects of exotic and sensual dance. Exercise doesn't conjure images of fun. And this is fun! My philosophy is that you're okay just as you are and you don't need to exercise to be able to embrace your inherent sensuality and prance around like the passionate diva you were born to be. You don't need to exercise to be okay with who you are. You don't need to contort yourself and hang upside down on a pole to be sexy and alluring. As a matter of fact, unless you can do it with extreme grace and panache you'll just look athletic and cumbersome. You don't even need to possess rhythm. But, what you do need to do is let yourself be free of your inhibitions and repressive attitudes and melt into the safety and surroundings of the loving erotic ambiance you have the power to create. Some of the sexiest women I've seen have been larger (according to today's rigid standard) and older. They're the ones who are embracing life, all of it, reveling in pure pleasure. They're not letting their passion be dictated by something or someone outside themselves. They have self appeal and they flaunt it.

Before I became an exotic dancer at 34, I was a scientist who was completely disconnected from my sensuality and afraid of my sexuality. I relied on others to give me confidence about myself. My first-hand experience as an exotic dancer taught me that it doesn't matter what you look like. Men and women were drawn into the gentlemen's strip clubs because they wanted to see women who appeared confident with their bodies and their sexuality. It took me many years to be comfortable with my sensuality, I still struggle with accepting my body and sexuality, and am not always confident with my appearance. But the women in the clubs project an image of being comfortable with all the aforementioned. And this is what this Art of Sensual Dance® series DVD; Striptease for Real Women helps empower you to feel and project.

In this DVD I give you all the tools to help you overcome shyness and put on a sexy show in the privacy of your own home for a partner but more importantly for yourself. After all, this isn't about the other person. This is about you. This is about you embracing and having fun with your body and your passion, your femininity and your own unique style. You need to appeal to yourself. You have a right to feel and know you're beautiful just as you are and if you decide to share that with someone else then they're actually giving you a gift by allowing you to display this playful erotic part of yourself.

Thank you for visiting this site and congratulations! All women are sexy and beautiful and you're embarking on a journey to honor and celebrate your creative sensual goddess within.
